Great company and terrific properties! We stayed in a beach front 2 bedroom condo that was beach contemporary design and perfect location. Billy and his team are super hands on and cater to your every need. I'll be back!
Billy is a huge help in getting a place in Kauai purchased and then up and running as a rental. It's as if the guy has unlimited energy. Always answers my calls and finds solutions to move the ball forward. Billy found us our property, helped us through a long closing period, found me a contractor and worked to remodel and then furnish the place. Couldn't ask for more.
Staying with Princeville Vacation Rentals was a spectacular experience. From booking the property all the way through check out, Princeville VR were professional, super helpful and easy to get a hold of.
We stayed in Unit 121 at the Lae Nani Condos in Kapaa. The location of this unit is outstanding. It appears very close to the pool, but this was no issue. The unit may be the most private unit in the complex and is surrounded by the ocean. The interior could use some updating and the kitchen could provide more provisions, but the bed was comfortable and the views more than made up for this! We would definitely stay again :-). Princeville Rentals were very prompt in getting our rental in order, and easy to work with. A great experience all around!
