Even More Spectacular Than Advertised! We've stayed in HollysKauaiCondo on two occasions, a one week stay in 2002, and a return two week visit in 2005, and both trips were awesome. The Hollys have gone above & beyond the call of duty to make sure their vacation rental has everything you need to make your stay carefree. Their websites have plenty of photos to show you just how amazing the condo and surrounding area are, but when you first arrive and begin to take it all in personally, you quickly realize that even the greatest photos don't quite do it justice ... it's better than advertised. The breathtaking views, seemingly empty beaches, endless activities, and rates exceedingly less expensive than a hotel with all the comforts & conveniences of home. There's no place else on the island of Kauai that we would even consider staying.

As the real estate mantra goes, location, location, location, and this condo complies as it is perfectly perched at the edge of the Pacific ocean with stunning views from every room. The condo complex is calm, quiet, and superbly maintained with a swimming pool (yes, you will use it if you have kids) and gas grill 20 paces from the front door. The Princeville area itself is the best on the island in my opinion with fewer mega-resorts clogging up the roads and beaches. In fact, the only real hotel in the area is the St. Regis which is gorgeous and very accommodating even if you aren’t staying on property – I guess they can afford to be accommodating when charging $15 for a Mai Tai. My wife and I made the leisurely 1.5 miles walk to the resort for some beach time, cocktails, live music and dinner one evening and it was a great experience. You are also really close to some awesome beaches like Ke’e, Tunnels, Hanalei, Hideaway, and Anini (all within 10-25 minutes).

Clean and well kept, all the amenities you need plus an at home feel with games and movies. Plenty of beach equipment (snorkel gear boogie boards and other items). Great views from the rooms and an ocean breeze. Love leaving the windows open at night and listening to the tide. If you need information and recommendations about the area don't hesitate to ask they have a wealth of information available! You won't regret staying here.

We stayed in July 2014 - The Holly’s Kauai Condo met or exceeded all of our needs as a family of four (kids 5 & 7 years old) visiting the island for 10-days. Physically the condo provided enough room and had all of the amenities we needed for cooking, daily excursion planning, and beach going. The kitchen has all the necessities and depending on who’s been there before you, a serviceable pantry. We prepared seven dinners during out stay and I wasn’t wanting for much in the way of equipment. They’ve amassed a huge cache of games, puzzles and movies (locally themed) for plenty of family night activities. The condo also boasts an arsenal of beach items including snorkel sets, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. The condo is very well maintained and we didn’t have any issues whatsoever.

Overall the experience with the condo and the location were amazing and by day 4 I was already regretting our decision to stay only 10-days. Thank you to the Holly’s and their wonderful Kauai Condo.

The ocean view from every room is awesome.

You'll find no greater value in similar accommodations in the Princeville area. The owner continually sees that the unit is perfectly maintained, clean, and affords the guest the wonderful ocean views, easy access, and much information about restaurants, kayak rentals, horseback riding and other recreational activities nearby.

I am related to the owner, and have been a "paying guest", but I highly recommend you check their website for more info. You won't be sorry
