Can't beat the view. The buildings are a little older but ours was renovated. The path down to the beach is steep and not good for swimming, you should try Hidden Beach about a half mile down the road. There are also a few shops and restaurants nearby.
Amazing views, private beach access, and generally quiet grounds make this, in my opinion, one of the better options for the north shore of Kauai.
