The remnants of the fort is just a mound of dirt and a few rocky foundations (Of which the parking valets from the nearby resort use as a overflow parking area... I wonder if they know they are parking on history). The fort itself is not much to look at, but there are some good interpretive panels explaining the history of the area and why it was named Princeville. Besides that, it is a fantastic place to see an amazing view and not pay $585 a night at the St. Regis Resort for the same view! You will need to park at the St Regis free beach parking (8 spots) and walk about 300m to access the Fort, unless you pay $34 for valet parking.
