The staff was very welcoming upon check in on our first day. The receptionist was quick with getting us in, drinks were offered to us, and their representatives helped us to understand the island and suggested many, many things to do while on our trip here. Leis were offered to the ladies and shell necklaces to the guys.
Room was beautiful as always, and staff is very friendly. We had a problem with the neighbours upstairs and the staff moved us to a different room the same day. Staff is knowledgeable about the surrounding sights and activities, and very willing to answer any questions.
My experience was good. The room was relatively clean, and parking was easy. Our friends that stayed here did not have as good of an experience. They had no ac and they got forgotten when we checked in, and had to wirth 2.5 hours to check in.

Totally awesome. Friendly staff. Huge rooms. We r in a two bedroom with one room twin beds and main with a king size. Includes a washer drier outside. All good so far. Close to all amenities.
The moment you walk in to the resort you're welcomed by a friendly staff. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is on the smaller side but we never had issues finding seats. The location is only a short drive a number of very nice beaches. The only complaint would be that the room had two doubles instead of a king but not the biggest deal. Overall we'd definitely stay again.
