Very nice resort! Room had full kitchenette and washer/dryer, which was a great perk! We were amazed over and over with how friendly and helpful staff was. During our 6-night stay there, we had a huge thunderstorm and power was lost to the city (maybe even island? I am not sure) for several hours. Rest assured, staff could only remember one other time that this has happened in a decade. Although obviously a bummer, staff really made the most of it. They offered activities all day (with good prizes!!) and went above and beyond to accommodate anything we might need (Thanks, Karlyn!!).
High end resort. Large well appointed condos. Beautiful grounds. Classic Westin amenities. Several pools. Ocean views from just about everywhere. Staff very attentive and helpful. We have been here 3 times. We have stayed in many Westin properties in the U.S. and Mexico. This property, Maui and Cancun are tied for the top 3.
Great access to beach at St. Regis hotel. 3 pools and hot tubs to use. We had a great room location. Ground floor and kiddie corner to pools and a great sea view!
Amazing resort. Really friendly staff and a knowledgeable concierge, great views of the ocean from lawn and pools, and large, comfortable rooms. All this without the busyness of some Oahu resorts. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Hawaii.
We were so pleased with our stay at The Westin in Princeville! The property is so beautiful and our villa with an ocean view was clean and well equipped with all we needed. Mel at the concierge desk was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the island and made a few great recommendations! Mahalo Mel and the Westin for making our stay so lovely.
