The Princeville Avis location, albeit very small, is very convenient if you are staying on the North Shore.
FANTASTIC experience! Hayley delivers top-notch customer service, she is such a pleasure to interact with. We rented two cars from her, including a sedan for over two weeks and a Jeep for three weeks. Both vehicles were in great condition, very clean and perfect rentals for our time here on Kaua'i. We made last minute changes, like dropping one car off at the airport instead of in Princeville, and she made is easy and convenient. I would highly recommend renting at Avis in Princeville, I will be coming back here on my next trip. Thank you!
The best service! I had planned to Uber to the Princeville location, but after waiting an hour for an Uber driver I contacted the Avis office, Princeville and Hayley went out of her way to come pick me up. After this, the service was very friendly and helpful.
