Best acupuncture session by far! I receive regular treatments from Christine and wouldn't see anyone else. She spends a lot of time on each client and her treatments are very, very thorough. She also ends each session with cupping which is by far the most effective detox I have experienced. You can really feel the effects after treatment. She is also a wealth of information on herbs and diet. Since I started receiving acupuncture from Christine I have no aches and pains, less allergies, don't get sick, and have increased energy. I can't recommend her enough.
Christine is by far the best acupuncturist on Island. She genuinely cares about each and every patient, and is a wealth knowledge and experience. She sent me with health and wellness tips beyond just my visit with her. I was a little nervous during my first session because I had no idea what to expect or if it would hurt, but quickly felt comfortable. I also loved how she would walk you through and explained each point while she is working. Great, relaxing music in the background :) Lastly, she was incredibly responsive and always got back to me right away for booking. Some other acupuncturist on the Island wouldn't even return a phone call.
Best acupuncturist on the island!!! I've been seeing Christine for about 2 years now... Her knowledge in acupuncture, cupping, herbs, diet, natural remedies, supplements, and ancient Chinese medicine is absolutely amazing... I just recently injured my knee and could not walk, and not only did she come to my house but she nursed me back to health quicker than I would have ever imagined... Christine has a very gentle touch and magic healing hands... Not to mention she is a genuine sweetheart... I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for an awesome acupuncture treatment plus more...
Christine is kind, helpful and extremely skilled in what she does, which is accurately diagnose, and treat with acupuncture and cupping, along with lifestyle suggestions you can take with you and incorporate for a healthier life. She is immensely talented, and clearly well educated. To have a treatment from Christine is to absolutely get a step up on your health. I was visiting Kauai for only one week, but found time for TWO treatments and would highly encourage the residents to see her regularly for vital, radiant health. I also understand she is known for facial cupping....I will try that next time...sounds like a fun anti aging treatment. Another great part..her prices are very affordable! See her once while you're on island for stress reduction and insight into your health at the very least; it's worth every penny to get an insight on how you are helping, or harming your health with your lifestyle choices. I would be on her table weekly.....but I live on the mainland.
It was years before I actually took the time to book my first acupuncture session with Christine Walinch. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Christine took such gentle and loving care during our session. Her deep intuitive sense and extensive knowledge and study of acupuncture and Chinese medicine was apparent. She took the time to listen to all I had to share prior to our session and really tuned in to the needs of my body. I felt comfortable and at ease in her hands. I've seen acupuncturists who were less gentle in their approach. Christine has the magic touch. I felt no pain during our session and immense relaxation and relief following it. She also used the cupping method which helped to move energy around my sciatic nerve where I had felt intense pain and increase blood flow in my body. In the weeks following our session I had more energy, clarity and peace of mind than before. My cravings for strange foods were lower and I found it easier to meditate and relax in general. My sciatic pain healed too. Christine is truly a gifted healer. I HIGHLY recommend seeing her if you have the opportunity.
